Do I need a gym or can I train from home? What equipment do I need?

Your program can be built around the equipment you have available.
A gym gives you more options, but it is not required to get started.

How does online training work?

Become Primed online training is delivered through our app experience, powered by Everfit, so your plan goes wherever you do.
Inside the app, you get your structured workout plan with exercise videos, sets, reps, timers, instructions, daily reminders, personal stats, and progress tracking.
You also get access to our growing video library, online coaches, and community support so you are not left guessing between workouts.
Whether you are training at home, in the gym, traveling, or fitting workouts into a busy schedule, everything is organized in one place so you can open the app, follow the plan, and keep moving forward.
For 1:1 coaching, you may also submit movement check-ins, progress videos, or updates for your coach to review.
Your coach can assess how you are moving, track your progress, and give you personalized guidance on what to adjust so you can keep improving safely and effectively.
The goal is simple: make training more convenient, more structured, and easier to stay consistent with, especially when life gets busy.

How does the free trial work?

You get full app access for 7 days, including access to our library of videos and workouts, our Primed Pack, Nutrition guides and more.
After the 7-day trial ends, your access may end unless you continue with a paid membership.
You can check your trial and membership details inside Everfit.

How do I cancel, pause, or change my membership?

If you are on one of the targeted based programs, you can manage or cancel your membership directly through the app.
If you are in 1:1 coaching, message your coach through the app and they can help you with the next steps.
