· Single Consultation Session: Includes an in-depth phone call or video call(preferred but not needed) discussion to establish goals, preferences, and needs.
· Bi-weekly 15-Minute Calls: Provide brief check-ins to address progress, concerns, adjustments, or updates.
· Bi-Weekly Weigh-Ins: Monitors progress through consistent tracking of weight and adjustments if needed.
· Ease and Flexibility: Train whenever and wherever you want – no fixed gym hours, no commute.

We understand there are a lot of buy males out there who do everything from a busy profession to running a business and a simple 9 to 5 doesn't work for their schedule. These Workouts are designed to fit your schedule, allowing you to train whenever and wherever it’s convenient for you.

During onboarding, you’ll fill out a health and fitness assessment. We’ll consider any limitations to create a safe and effective plan for you.

Absolutely. We prioritize privacy and ensure that your data is protected with industry-standard security measures. It is not sold off to third-party companies for marketing. Everything is kept within the app.
Do I need any special equipment to get started?
Not necessarily. Many of our workouts can be done using just your body weight, but we also provide plans that incorporate equipment if you have access to it.

How do I communicate with my coach?
If you have purchased the prime vip package you can communicate with your coach directly through the app via messaging, and regular bi-weekly check-ins ensure you’re supported throughout your journey.
If you are on a prime elite plan then you have access to your coach through a community forum with other like-minded men pushing to become their prime just like yourself.
What happens after I complete my program?
We’ll assess your progress and help you set new goals. You can continue with a customized maintenance plan or level up your fitness with advanced training options. Ideally, you can complete the same program again advance to a new program, or begin your Prime VIP journey with coach Adam.
Can I pause or modify my subscription if I need to take a break?

Do you offer meal plans or just workout routines?

How soon will I start seeing results?
Results vary depending on your effort and consistency and the person's medical background. There are a lot of factors to someone's results and people gain results at different times but most clients notice changes in energy levels and strength and weight loss within the first few weeks and physical results after roughly 8 weeks.

Will I need to follow a strict diet?
If you want to see the best results when working with Adam then you want to follow exactly what he gives you as the consultation process is very thorough. Remember you’re here to get the best results. With that being said we aren’t here to just eat rice and broccoli all day either. We can have different types of foods with things we enjoy like meat and fish etc. But the main goal is to stay consistent and focused on your plan. If you are on one of the prime elite programs then you are calculating your macros and calories. There is accountability involved but you don’t have Adam doing yoru meal plan for you here. However, you still have to write down yoru meals and track what you eat if you expect to get great results. This is a lifestyle change and if you want much better results than you currently have then expect to do more than you were currently doing.
Are there any live sessions, or is everything pre-recorded?
Everything here is pre-recorded here on Become Primed. There is no one-to-one live coaching. There will be an on-demand follow-along section added in the upcoming close months but there are no plans to install 1-to-1 live coaching.
